Mo & Jo Sourdough Burgers, is for those who love great buns – of the burger kind that is – served up with
unfussy, tasty fillings.
 

Sourdough is in our DNA and we believe that the bread can make or break a burger. Our Sourdough buns have 15% sourdough
hence it’s not as dense and chewy as the original loaf and more suited to a burger bun.

Forget sweet brioche buns that go soggy; we have stayed true to tradition and created a bun that is made out of real bread
and has a softness and bouncy texture that pairs perfectly with the filling.

Burger aficionados can choose from a range of handmade patties to pair with the buns,
from Australian grain-fed beef, fresh Australian barramundi, pulled pork, chicken or vegetarian patties,
sandwiched between lettuce, tomato, cheese and onion,
and topped off with Mo & Jo’s homemade mayo, sauces, relish and pickles.
